Junior Farm Keeper Experience
The Junior Farm Keeper experience runs from 11:30am – 1:00pm and is available every Saturday & Sunday. Also available on Thursday & Friday during school holidays.
This exciting, hands-on experience is aimed at childre aged 6+ and can include any of the following tasks:
- Health checking farm animals
- Preparing enrichment activities
- Helping to prepare food
- Feeding various animals
- Mucking out and poo-picking!
- Grooming
You will also receive a £5 voucher to redeem in the Farm Kitchen for a well-earned snack, and are then welcome to spend the rest of the day exploring the farm & wildlife park.
At the end of your Mini Farm Keeper experience, you will receive a certificate for successfully completing this exciting and educational session.
PLEASE NOTE:
- This does NOT include farm admission, which must be added separately.
- Junior keeper activities will change according to the season, animal availability and health needs. The experience will be in a small group of up to 4 people.
- Under 16’s must be accompanied by a supervising adult, who must also purchase farm admission tickets. Adult will not participate in the experience.
